For any orders that applied Cashback voucher, you will only receive your Shopee Coins once your order has been completed (or once you have clicked Order Received). 

Kindly note that you may only earn Shopee Coins through the following circumstances:

• Purchases made from any Shopee Mall sellers, Preferred+ sellers, Preferred sellers or normal sellers that are in Cashback Programme
• Collection from Daily Coins Reward.
• Won from Marketing Activities / Games.
• When you successfully rated a product
• Rewarded through Shopee Live event

If you did not receive your Shopee Coins, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Payment not made through Shopee Guarantee.
• Purchased item in Tickets & Vouchers Category.
• The order has been returned/refunded or canceled. 
• The system has detected orders that may have violated our Terms and Conditions. 
• The user attempted to claim daily coins check-in from two accounts using the same device, which is deemed to be fraudulent. Each device should only be associated with one account to be eligible for daily coin check-ins.

We suggest checking via Shopee App > Me > My Shopee Coins for the coins transaction history. Should there be a need for further clarification, you may contact us through the email icon below.
